Eirene Group was founded by Dr. Shalini Jebasingh, who has a deep desire to use her experience and resources to help people thrive as individuals and as a collective community within their organizations.
In our coaching and training for mid-size companies, we focus on values, traits, and human needs that are often overlooked, yet essential for personal and organizational growth. Who will be my coach?
Your coach is Dr. Shalini Jebasingh, founder of Eirene Group. She holds a PhD in Leadership Studies and brings more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit media and leadership development. Dr. Jebasingh has worked with C-suite, professional, and political leaders across global contexts.
